Happy Halloween! Another pumpkin pie-themed food, this time more successful. A very filling and autumn-y breakfast. Healthy, too.
Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal (makes 1 hearty breakfast)
- ½ c quick oats
- 1 c water
- ½ c pumpkin puree
- 1-2 T brown sugar
- 1 t cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
1. Microwave oats and water for 1-2 minutes, or until cooked.
2. Stir in pumpkin, sugar, and spices (to taste).
